Sahid Batam Center Hotel And Convention

The hotel is clean and reasonably spacious with friendly staff and a great pool. the location is convenient, being close to the city center, ferry terminal, Nagoya, Mega Mall.

Distance. It was near to ferry terminal. But yet far from any kind of shops or sightseeing.

Cool, cozy room with queen bed. Good pool, parking on site. Late check out. Marvellous location relatively near a large Buddhist temple.

The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the size and cleanliness of the rooms. I also appreciated the attention to detail, such as providing rooms with windows and breakfast included. The basic amenities were all there, and the staff was friendly and attentive.

Everything was ok.

Not near to any eateries. Therefore can only eat at the hotel restuarant which is not cheap.

The staff at Sahid were friendly and helpful, even though there was a language barrier. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center with plenty of seafood restaurants and nice coffee shops nearby. The view from the hotel was also excellent.

I had a wonderful stay at Sahid. The location was convenient, with nearby shopping malls and transportation options. The facilities were reasonable, including a spacious bathroom and a good swimming pool and gym. The staff, especially Said, was caring and always ready to help. The food at the hotel was also really good, one of the best hotel foods I've had. I had a pleasant experience at Sahid and would recommend it.

this hotel is excellent and fairly clean, has accommodating staff and favourable location hard to get public transport as it's off the main road. the rooms are brand-new and modern, and are complete with an extra bed as well as sound proofing.

The hotel is conveniently located near the ferry terminal and there are several restaurants and convenience stores nearby. the breakfast spread is good and reasonably priced. the staff is friendly and the taxi service outside the hotel is very handy.

The check-in process took longer than expected with poor communication from the staff. the room we were given had a strong odor and there were some issues with the air conditioning.
